Return Policy
Should you wish to return an item due to change of mind simply notify us in writing (an email is fine) up to 10 days from the date in which you received the item. Please be advised that you will be responsible for the cost to return the items to us. The item must be returned unused and in the state in which it was received. Please note damaged or used items will not be eligible for a full refund. Please be aware that we cannot accept liability for items that are broken or damaged during transit back to us. Therefore it is very important that all items are thoroughly wrapped in the original packaging and bubble wrap provided. Please be aware that we will ask for photographic evidence of the fault/damage and in some cases, we may ask to have the item inspected.
